We are highly experienced in acoustic solutions for automotive applications, starting from simple buzzer, customized mini speaker up to piezo sounder system solutions for EV-cars. Beside all necessary authorities' approval e.g. ISO16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, our factories are regularly audited by Tier1/Tier2 customers and empowers us today to a solifd international automotive supplier.
Automotive Quality
For a component to be automotive qualified we have to meet specific industry standards throughout the design, manufacturing and testing process. The key standards are IATF 16949, AEC-Q100 and AEC-Q200. During this qualification phase before the release of the device, each component must survive a lot of tests defined in AEC-Q100 AEC-Q200 standards. Examples are the test for early life failure rate (ELFR ) and higher temperatures tests. To proof our production processes perfromance we are using larger lot sizes to provide greater statistical confidence in the reliability of our production.
We have established an integrity quality system and quality organization, and have set up a QC center responsible and empowered for all the company's qualifcation and tests. The entire company's product quality is under the center's monitor. We have also established quality management sectors in the company's various divisions, taking charge of the IPQC, analysis of customer complaints, quality engineering, CPK, SPC quality statistics and analytics. We follow product quality programm known as APQP , including extensive documentation covering entire manufacturing process, test , design/failure mode and FMEA. The Production Part Approval Process ( PPAP) is a part of this APQP program. We perform automotive level validation test standard e.g. VW80000 on customer request.
